The BASSTERRA Sea Bass rods are developed specifically for Sea Bass.
The Bassterra Sea Bass has been specifically developed for Sea Bass angling and offers value beyond comparison. The medium fast action is powerful, responsive and generates excellent casting performance, whilst being versatile enough to fish effectively with both soft plastics and hardbaits.
If you thought a specially designed, high quality Sea Bass rod was out of your budget, you’ll almost certainly have to reconsider your preconceived ideas when you see just how good, and affordable, the Bassterra Sea Bass is.
Built on high quality blanks, with the distinctive Diaflash finish, these rods open up specialist Sea Bass fishing to the masses, although we suggest you don’t just limit the use of these rods to just one species. They also make excellent lure rods for other shallow saltwater species to be found throughout Europe.
The distinctive weave that can be seen on the Bassterra Sea Bass is created by Shimano’s exclusive Diaflash technology, which increases power and strength to specific areas of the Full Carbon blank. In the lower part of the rod this is used to generate the power to cast lures to distant feeding fish, or to take total control when playing fish near rocks and other structures. In the tip section it creates increased response which in turn makes lure control more effective and fishing more enjoyable.
Available in 4 models covering medium, medium heavy and heavy actions, to cover all of the popular Sea Bass lure sizes from as small as 6g up to large 60g crankbaits and metal jigs.
The Bassterra is finished with stainless steel Seaguide XOG guides, a custom designed VSS reel seat and a split EVA handle.

Delivery
Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Your order will usually be sent on next day delivery. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
Availability

Returns
We are more than happy to exchange any unwanted items bought over the phone or online, provided they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Please remember to inspect your delivery carefully and notify us of any damage within 24 hours.
If an item has been damaged in transit we will replace it as quickly as we can.
Most products are covered by a 12 month warranty provided by the manufacturer. Please note wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturers warranty. Some products have longer or shorter warranties. These products will have the term stated in their description online.
If an item has broken in normal use and it is within its warranty period, it must be returned to us a long with a cover note with your name, address and contact details along with a note explaining the circumstances of the damage. Generally, items must be inspected by a manufacturer's representative before any replacements can be issued. We will cover postal costs of damaged goods which are sent on standard services. Any returns sent on premium or next day services will not but covered by us and will be at your own cost.
If we have made an error with your order, we will rectify it as soon as possible and cover the cost of any postage. Please call us before returning any goods.
