Please be aware that once the goods have left our premises, delivery time is in the hands of our couriers. If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirements over the telephone on 01754 872631. We aim to keep our website up to date as much as is physically possible, however should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered we will contact you via email and keep you well informed. Big Catch Tackle reserve the right to refuse to accept your order: a) where goods are not available (we aim to update our website daily but it is possible that in any one day we may receive more orders for a particular item than we have stock. In these rare circumstances orders will be dealt with on a first come first serve basis); b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; c) where there has been a pricing or product description error; or d) if for any reason we are unable to deliver your goods to your country of domicile. Please note: For security reasons and to prevent credit/debit card fraud, we can only deliver your item or items to the address where your card is registered. Import Duty or Tax Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable on receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and Big Catch Tackle accept no liability for any payments which may be due. (Please contact us via email if you require your Recorded Delivery tracking number following the despatch of your goods.) Most DHL/ Royal Mail Delivery items should arrive within 2 working days of the postage date. We always aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours of you placing your order (excluding weekends), however during busy periods this may not be possible and so we kindly ask that you are patient with us. We will do our best to deliver your item(s) to you as soon as possible. International Orders: For our international customers we can deliver with via our courier and a signature will be taken for your item on delivery at its destination. Once again please note: Once the goods have left our premises, delivery time is in the hands of Dhl or Royal Mail Once your parcel has left the UK, delivery time will depend on the mail service of your country of domicile. Returns Policy We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Big Catch Tackle however we realise that occasionally you may need to return an item and so we ask that you would kindly read our returns policy. (Please note that we operate under different policies in-store at our Lakeside Leisure store) We also ask that you kindly read the item descriptions and sizing guides carefully for each individual item to reduce the likelihood of returns which cost you both time and money. Please note that Big Catch Tackle is not liable for the cost of returning unsuitable items nor will we refund any postage and packaging costs incurred when purchasing the item (unless of course the item has a genuine manufacturing fault). Cancelling your Order In accordance with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order from Big Catch Tackle at any stage of the order process for a full refund. You must inform Big Catch Tackle via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number. For orders that are awaiting despatch, it may be possible to cancel your order before it is posted to you. If, however, your order has already shipped, you will need to return your purchase to us, following our returns procedure. Returning an Item If you are not completely satisfied with your Big Catch Tackle purchase, please return your item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and be in perfect re-saleable condition After satisfactory inspection of your return, we will offer a refund of the goods. No returns will be accepted without your original receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Please note that Big Catch Tackle is not liable for the cost of returning items, other than under circumstances where the item to be returned has a genuine manufacturing fault. We will refund the total value of the goods returned minus any postage and packaging costs. Please note: The item to be returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Big Catch Tackle is not liable for the cost of returning items. Please enclose your original receipt and a note explaining the reason for return with the item and return to: Big Catch Tackle Trunch Lane Chapel.St.Leonards Skegness Lincs PE24 5TU Faulty or Incorrect Items If the item you receive is faulty or you suspect it is not what you ordered, please contact us via email quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. Please also indicate whether you require a replacement or a refund. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. (Please note that a replacement is not always possible as we sometimes have only a very limited number of the items which we sell.) You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item and 14 days for an incorrect item in which to return it to us. Upon receipt of your goods we will either refund, replace or repair your item. In the case of a faulty or incorrect item we will be happy to refund your postage costs providing that you supply us with a postal receipt.
